Where analytics services are enabled, they may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device information, browser information, referring sources, and interaction data.
Specific analytics providers and their practices may change over time. Where applicable, information collected through third-party analytics services is also subject to the privacy policies of those providers.
8. Third-Party Services
CORI Software Solutions may use third-party providers to operate its website, communicate with clients, process information, host software, provide analytics, manage infrastructure, or deliver project services.
Depending on the website or project, these providers may include hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics services, payment providers, software platforms, APIs, AI providers, and other technology providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. CORI Software Solutions does not control the privacy practices of third-party providers.
9. Project and Client Information
When you engage CORI Software Solutions for a project, we may collect additional information necessary to provide the requested services.

10. Information We Receive From Clients
Clients may provide CORI Software Solutions with personal information relating to their customers, employees, users, contractors, or other individuals as part of a project.
Where CORI Software Solutions processes personal information on behalf of a client, the client generally remains responsible for determining the purposes for which that information is collected and used.
The parties may establish additional data-processing, confidentiality, security, or privacy obligations in a separate agreement where appropriate.
11. Client Portal
Clients working with CORI Software Solutions may be given an account on the CORI Software Solutions client portal: a private, password-protected area for project updates, files and work sent for review.
The portal stores the details needed to sign in (your name, email address and username), the date and time of your most recent login, and what is shared there: project updates, files, and your responses to work sent for review (approvals, requested changes and any comments), each recorded with your name and the date and time.
To protect accounts, failed login attempts are counted by IP address and username for 15 minutes, so repeated attempts can be blocked. A login lasts 12 hours, or 7 days if you choose to stay signed in.
Files shared in the portal are stored privately and can only be downloaded by signed-in users with access to that portal. Portal information is not published on the CORI Software Solutions website.
The portal may email you when there is an update or something to review. Please do not put passwords or other confidential details in portal messages or responses, as some are sent by email.
Portal information is kept as described under Data Retention. To close your portal account, or to ask about the information it holds, contact us using the details under Contact Us.

Where AI services are used in connection with a project, information may be processed by the applicable AI or technology provider depending on the system being used and the project's configuration.
Clients should not provide confidential or sensitive information to an AI-enabled system unless the applicable service and project agreement permit that use.
Where a project involves processing personal information through AI services, the applicable data-processing, confidentiality, security, and contractual requirements should be established before implementation.
